The Blount County Real Estate Market had a strong November!
While this is great news, one important thing to note is that the Average Sales Price (ASP) increase was heavily influenced by an unusually large number of closings in the $700K – $2 Million price range.
It is also important to note that sales volume is down considerably compared to earlier in the year.
Sellers who NEED to sell or make a move should do so quickly to maximize their sales price. Buyers who NEED to buy soon should act quickly to avoid possible interest rate increases. Buyers with less urgency may benefit from waiting for a market correction and better deals.
